A gracious Georgian-style building complex is the centerpiece of our 120-acre campus. Step inside and you'll find three libraries staffed by professional librarians; multiple science and computer labs; three gymnasiums, including a brand new fitness center; and a bookstore.
Our Lower and Middle School Fine Arts Wing and our Upper School 396-seat theater are among the spaces devoted to band, orchestra and chorus, art, and music. Throughout the School, technology is integrated into the curriculum. You will see teachers and students using many multi-media tools, such as interactive white boards, in classrooms.
Step outside and you'll find playing fields, cross-country trails, and playgrounds, as well as a five-acre outdoor environmental classroom. Known as Woodwinds, this area of unspoiled woods allows teachers to take learning outdoors for exploration and year-round science teaching.
A favorite spot on our campus is our indoor ice rink, the Uihlein Ice Arena, which is enjoyed by aspiring figure skaters, hockey aficionados, and many others. The rink supports girls' and boys' hockey teams, physical education classes, and Winter Club programs.
Thanks to generous donations from The Next Generation Campaign, a drive through our campus reveals many new and exciting features, including the Upper School science center and enhancements to the Uihlein Ice Arena.
