Our Partners in Education

Parents are vital members of the University School family and are actively involved in the School's daily life. They share their insights with faculty about their children's strengths and challenges. They also share their time, talent, and resources. University School is committed to maintaining open, two-way communication, ongoing relationships, and strong partnerships with all of our parents.

Our parents serve as valuable role models both at home and at school: they volunteer in classrooms, the library, and the lunchroom; chaperone on field trips; lead student organizations (such as the chess club); organize annual activities such as the Christmas and Holiday Show; and serve on our Board of Trustees and Parents'  Association Board.
