Celebrating Winter and the Holidays at the Preschool and Kindergarten Sing

Students from University School of Milwaukee’s prekindergarten, junior kindergarten, and kindergarten classes joined together to sing the praises of winter, snow, and several holidays at the annual Preschool and Kindergarten Sing on Tuesday, Dec. 18 in the Virginia Henes Young Theatre. The event was directed by Ellen Shuler, with piano accompaniment by Leslie Krueger and guitar accompaniment by Todd Schlenker, and included audience participation. Thank you to all who helped make the event possible!

A Ram Sam Sam: From Morocco, this children's song teaches tempo and focus
Over the River and Through the Woods: A family favorite written in 1844
Jingle Bells: A favorite for the winter season
Shenandoah: An American folk song made popular in 1820
Goodbye, So Long, Farewell: An original Music Together song
