Lower School
Substitute Teachers
University School of Milwaukee is accepting applications for certified substitute teachers for the Preprimary classes in Lower School. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a 4-year college or university. Significant classroom management experience or experience working with children is required. Middle School
PE/Health Teacher, Long-Term Sub

USM is seeking candidates for a Middle School Physical Education Teacher/In-House Sub to cover a teacher on a leave of absence from approximately August 23, 2017 to October 27, 2017. This position is full-time with 60% Physical Education/Health and 40% as an on-call in-house sub. Applicants should be passionate about teaching Middle School students and understand the physical, intellectual, and emotional needs of this age group. Enthusiasm, dedication, and professionalism are essential. Experience with educational technology is also a requirement. The selected candidate will provide innovative instruction to meet a variety of student needs, in alignment with the School's curriculum goals, and motivate students to develop skills in the area of Physical Education/Health. The selected candidate will also provide supervision and guidance in the absence of the regular classroom teacher, as well as exhibit flexibility and support for the Middle School office staff during these days in the schedule. After School Staff Members
USM is seeking individuals to work in the After School program for the 2017-2018 school year. After School hours are 2:45-6:00 p.m. daily. Flexible scheduling is available. Applicants should enjoy working with school age and pre-primary children. Workers must be energetic and have good communications skills for working with parents, teachers, and students. Part-Time Student Safety Officer
University School of Milwaukee is seeking qualified people to serve as part-time uniformed student safety officers. The ideal candidate will have excellent integrity, good communication skills, and the ability to calmly assess situations.
