As University School of Milwaukee strives to foster ongoing relationships, I am proud to help advance the efforts of our alma mater as the Alumni Board President. Your involvement in USM traditions and educational program changes, as well as participating in reunions and events, help shape our school community for students and alumni.
This is a dynamic time to be involved with our alma mater. There are a number of exciting new initiatives currently underway as part of the Our Common Bond campaign, and I encourage you to come experience these initiatives first hand. If you find yourself passing through the area, please do not hesitate to stop by the school and say hello. The students and faculty love to see alumni on campus, and we would enjoy catching up with you.
I invite you to visit school and experience the growth of our school and educational programs; speak to student groups and provide mentoring; attend a sporting event and cheer for our coaches and student athletes; enjoy a play or concert in our theatre. By staying involved, we can continue to ensure that future generations of students share the USM experience and join our community of esteemed alumni.
The Alumni Association will be hosting receptions all over the country, so look for information on events in your area. We also hope that you will connect by sending a note for the Alumni News to let us know of any big changes in your life. Your classmates will be happy to hear from you.
Thank you for joining me in our efforts to strengthen and advance the engagement of our alumni community. I look forward to joining you on campus and at events.
